  • We pay our full-time drivers on weekly base rate plus a daily rate for every day worked. This ensures our drivers regular pay regardless of miles driven and hours worked.  No more worries of those dreaded 1500 mile weeks.
  • We supply our drivers with Microwaves, refrigerator, APU, CB radio, satellite TV, satellite radio with Bluetooth and cd player and power inverters in every truck. If there is any additional need let us know, we may purchase it for your truck if it’s feasible.  We want to make every driver feel secure and comfortable.
  • Quarterly review with performance bonus.
  • Vision and Dental
  • 1 week paid time off after 3 months employment
  • 2 week paid time off after 1 year of employment
  • Home-time: We are very family friendly.  Depending on location of residence you may be home over night in middle of week and  some weekends
  • Paid hotels: If you end up laid over at a location for extended time we will put you up in a room for a night.

  • POD requests are fulfilled same business day.
